I recently bought a car from this family business, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Harry was very professional, and the whole team went above and beyond to make sure the car was ready early for me. They carried out an MOT and service before collection, and even picked me up from the hire car place to save me the walk such a thoughtful touch!

I've never bought from a family-run business before, but they were so friendly and made me feel completely at ease, explaining everything clearly despite my limited car knowledge. I'm absolutely delighted with my purchase and the service I received. I'd 100% recommend them to my family and friends and would definitely buy from them again.

I would like to start this review By saying this was my second purchase off BJH motors, From start to finish the process was simple and hassle free.

I recently purchased a BMW X5 which i had seen online. The communication from Jamie was excellent from taking in my Part ex vehicle to collecting my new purchase was hassle free, Jamie put a fresh MOT on the car and the car was given a full service prior to collecting, the vehicle had a full valet and was in showroom condition on collection.

I noticed that the vehicle did not come with a parcel shelf however this was ordererd and BJH covered the cost without hesitation.

After owning the vehicle for just over 100 days, two issues occured . one being Major ie the rocker cover gasket was leaking oil onto the manifold and producing fumes in the cab of the vehicle, the other was the lower suspension arm and ball joint had deteriorated and the vehicle was making an awful sound due to this.

Due to the distance from Manchester to Worcester i was unable to take my car in for them to inspect or recover, I did however have a warrenty but these two jobs wasnt covered under it,

Without hesitation Jamie Told be that BJH would cover the full cost of repairs which i will add came to just under £1000.

I can not fault the customer service and personnel interaction BJH Motors has provided.

This was my second vehicle i purchased off the company and I will definatly be browsing the showroom again when i come to upgrade my vehicle..

Thank you again to Jamie, he was an absolute star when it came to helping me out in my hour of need.

Many thanks for the Cascada. I travelled 165+ miles to see the car then drove 165+ home again and was not disappointed. I had been visiting dealers around the country looking at other Cascadas and found that either the cars were in poor condition, too expensive or the dealers downright rude, often all three. The car at BJH was reasonably priced, in good condition the staff were helpful, polite and genuine. I bought the car on the spot. The minor fault with the parking sensors was fixed without quibble, the car serviced and cam belt + water pump changed as promised. Roger who delivered the car for a very reasonable price was very friendly and I would like to pass on my thanks to both him and to Mike. All in all delighted. I've spent an afternoon polishing the car today and it looks fabulous, really pleased with it and wanted to express my gratitude.

I don't usually leave reviews but wanted to share my positive experience with BJH Motors. Some time after I bought my car I discovered that the rear window on the convertible hood leaked. I went back BJH motors 3 months after I purchased the car and they commendably helped me resolve the issues by contributing to a replacement roof at a high cost to themselves. So, I was impressed by the way they acted honourably and conscientiously. As a result, I found them a completely trustworthy and reputable dealer and, I would have no hesitation in recommending them

Can't fault BJH, I buy my cars from them, get repairs and service here too. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and they have always done what as been asked. We've bought three cars from BJH and had them serviced there over a 9 year period. Both sides of the business have been exemplary, so much so that when I bought a car from someone else (a main dealer) last year and they messed me about, I went in to see the BJH team and they sorted the problems for me. I will be going back here in future.

We started using BJH because my wife's manager at work had been using them for 20 years and he had recommended them.
The first two cars we bought, there were others in the showroom at the same time who were also repeat customers.

I also found this family run business a pleasure to deal with and unmatched in 35 years of car ownership.

Wow, what amazing service I received from John & the team at BJH motors! Travelled from Leicester to view & purchase a beautiful car and was in awe of the showroom every car in fantastic condition to match the high levels of customer service! No query was any hassle in the week leading to me going to view the car I was filled with questions all of which were promptly and truthfully answered which put me at ease. On Saturday the 6th June I was lucky enough to purchase my most wanted car ever. I dealt with the lovely Roger and John, who were just the best. The service I received was outstanding and I was treated very respectfully.
All papers were sorted for me, my new car had a new 12 month M.O.T and full service. Also new front tyres, brake discs and pads.

After some weeks searching for our next car, we ventured into the Worcester area where we stumbled upon BJH Morors & Sons at Rainbow Hill. We instantly saw a car that we fell in love with, beautifully presented and ideal for our needs. we were approached but not pestered by Roger Hunt their very knowledgeable sales person. We took the car for a long test drive, it was perfect. we decided to make the purchase and sat down with Roger to fill out the paperwork. 2 days later we collected the car which was in presteign condition and had been given a full MOT and a service.
